EYE GLASSES and/or EYE EXAM: The eyesight committe meet on the 4th Wednesday of the Month.   REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:  Must be a Loveland resident for 1 year minimum, must use application forms to process.  Applicants are low income and in need of assistance. Van's Eye Care will be used for exam and glasses, and application must be pre-approved. 

APPLICATIONS:  Call Lion Allan Leach (622-0289) to have it mailed to you, or pick up application at House of Neighborly Services at 6th & Cleveland, or Catholic Charities, and also from public school nurses.
