EYE GLASSES and/or EYE EXAM: The eyesight committe meet on the 1st Wednesday of the Month.   REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:  Must be a Loveland resident for 1 year minimum, must use application forms to process.  Applicants are low income and in need of assistance. Van's Eye Care will be used for exam and glasses, and application must be pre-approved. 

APPLICATIONS:  Call Lion Allan Leach (622-0289) to have it mailed to you, or pick up application at House of Neighborly Services at 6th & Cleveland, and also from public school nurses.  

 

HEARING AID RECYCLING: If you have hearing aids to recycle, you can take them to HEARING HEALTHCARE CENTERS, at 2902 Ginnala Dr. Unit 3 Loveland CO. Across the street from Post Office on 29th St.
